For the individuals who need Toilets, the process of getting them constructed, especially, when the person is not able to manage it for
himself/herself, is in the hands of the GP.

Vulnerable persons must be monitored on a regular basis to ensure no one slips back to poverty, or in the event of issues of health
etc., necessary support needs to be given, including monitoring for providing safety net and ensuring Zero hunger, amongst others.
         Assessment and Incremental progress/measurement

The GP has an important role in planning and implementation of poverty alleviation programs and also works on creating livelihoods
in the village. However, assessing and measuring the incremental progress of poverty alleviation programs can be a complex task.
But the following steps can make the process more manageable.
           a) Define the Objectives: Start by defining the objectives of the poverty alleviation program. This will help in identifying the key
indicators that need to be measured to assess progress.

           b) Identify Key Indicators: Identify the key indicators that will be used to measure the progress of the program. These may
include measures such as changes in income, access to basic services, education, healthcare, etc.

           c) Review and Analysis: Periodically review and analyze the data collected. This will help in identifying areas where the program
is making progress and areas where improvements are needed. Regular monitoring of the program is crucial to assess its
             progress.
           d) Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the program managers based on the analysis. Use the feedback to make
improvements to the program where needed.

           e) Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the program. These reports can be used to inform stakeholders, and the
general public about the progress of the program.
