The Committee had discussions with Ministries, Departments, Agencies, States, UN organisations, in virtual mode. In
addition field visit and Consultative Workshop with GPs was held physically.

Number of Meetings were held in connection with the Proof of Concept work during the months of October 2022 to
February 2023. Meetings were held with the Team of IIT Madras, also for data analysis. Meetings were also held with
NIC for their increased involvement with the process of data collection, data analysis and visualisation, starting with the
Meeting on November 13, 2022, exclusively. Meetings and discussions with The Nudge Institute on data analysis and
visualisation etc was held in April-May 2023. Multiple Meetings were held with MoPR during the entire period as
follow up of the work to be done to carry forward the decisions and observations in the Meetings. Dedicated Meetings
were held, just for review of action taken by MoPR on Minutes of earlier Meetings including on 16.01.2023 and
20.02.2023 held for common review and for progress on report writing etc. Report writing, including obtaining some of
the information as was asked by the Committee over its multiple Meetings and designing etc went through from the
months of Jan 2023 till submission of Report.
