Groupings-wise scores were estimated at GP, Block, District and State level following the above-mentioned
methodology. The steps of calculation group score can be summarized as:

1. At GP level- Arithmetic mean of the normalized indicator value under each grouping
2. At Block level- Weighted average of the GP level group score under each grouping using GP population ratio as
weights
3. At District level- Weighted average of the block level group score under each grouping using block population ratio
as weights. In this case district level value is not estimated separately.
4. At State level- Weighted average of district level group score under each grouping using district population ratio as
weights.
